Cannock Chase Camping and Caravan Club site. This is a beautiful site set in the midst of Cannock Chase, it is a haven for walkers, mountain bikers and bird watchers. For golfers there is the magnificent and testing Beau Desert golf course just a good T shot away from the site. The National Trust Shugborough Hall and Estate [former home of Lord Patrick Lichfield] is nearby as is the compact city of Lichfield with its glorious cathedral. 12 pitches have been reserved. Those wishing to attend should make their own booking. There will be the usual morning coffee ‘Moots’ with the addition of early evening drinks ‘Moots’ to chat about the day and plans for the ‘morrow’ This will be a relaxed and relaxing Moot.
