Come and join us for a chance to visit the lovely towns and villages of West Suffolk. Bury St Edmunds, Long Melford, Sudbury, Lavenham, Clare and Cavendish are all within a 12 mile radius and offer restaurants, cafes, pubs, interesting shops, farmers markets and historic properties. The National Trust’s Melford Hall, Ickworth House and Lavenham Guildhall are within easy reach as is Kentwell Hall.
The village of Glemsford is within a 5 minute walk and offers a Chinese Restaurant & Takeaway, fish & chip shop, Premier and Spar stores and two pubs.
Those that enjoy a walk are in for a real treat as there are a number of routes available including a stroll of less than 2 miles to the attractive village of Cavendish.
Our peaceful and well-kept campsite has fabulous views over the Stour Valley, pitches with EHU. Ladies may like to take advantage of the on-site hairdressing salon. There are toilets but those that require a shower should bring their own hosepipe or bucket!
